For a baking club this month’s theme was “tropical fruits.” When I went to the store the best looking tropical fruits I could find were mangoes and guavas so I bought those and decided to make tartlets with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made shortbread shells, lined them with white chocolate ganache, then filled them with mango curd and topped them with guava jam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I liked them a lot, and it is a good thing most of them got eaten otherwise I would have eaten way too many!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
