Well, daylight saving’s time is on again. It is no secret that I am no morning person, so I have a lot of trouble adjusting to daylight saving’s time. I really, really dislike it. It is also really important for me to have light in the morning so I can wake up and feel rested.<\/p>\n
This year I’ve tried staying up late last night and waking up early this morning so I’d be good and sleepy tonight. This is not a strategy that I have tried before, at least not as I can remember. I’ve been really, really sleepy all day today so it seems to be working thus far.<\/p>\n
