A neighbor was selling a VR setup for cheap at a yardsale so we got it, and omg it is really really fun. Everything works, which is fortunate. I’d been curious about VR gaming for a while now, but not curious enough to pay full price.

Rocoto Pepper Sauce
A neighbor had like 10 lbs of rocoto peppers that he grew, so we are making it into hot sauce… wish us luck!
Two-Tone Tofu
I’ve been making more of the Burmese Tofu lately, and this time I decided I wanted to try making it with two different kinds of lentils in two layers, one from red lentils and one from green lentils. I feel it was a tasty success!
