We started fermenting the rocoto peppers about 24 days ago, and they just have been fermenting very slowly for some reason. So we finally called it and decided to blend/strain/reduce the sauce to finish it up.
I tell you hwat these rocoto peppers are spicier than the other peppers we usually use to make hot sauce! The hot sauce turned out quite spicy. But it is good!
We gave a bottle to our neighbor that grew the rocoto peppers in the first place.
