Well, I don’t really care about the holidays, but I really love autumn/winter flavors and ingredients. All the produce that is in season is delicious, and of course we are already on our second batch of homemade eggnog.
I’ve been on a bit of a dry rosé kick ever since I heard this NPR story, but while I’ve found I do like it better than most red or white wines, I still would prefer to drink a beer or a cocktail. Yet for some reason I keep buying more rosés, thinking that I will find one amazing one.
I’m not sure why I don’t really like wines as much. Maybe it is the tannins or other bitter flavors. I’ve found that I like vinho verdes a bit too, but I can never find them anywhere. Maybe this preference indicates something about my tastes?
