We had the hot chicken party and it was a lot of fun!! A success! We didn’t ask Doc questions while he ate the chicken wings though. We should have.
I ate all 10 chicken wings and I thought they were pretty good. The only one I would not eat regularly is Da Bomb, the rest had good flavor and were good. Da Bomb only tasted like heat.
Doc decided to do a Hot Ones birthday this year, so we will be making and eating the spicy chicken wings! It is exciting but also scary………. they can get very hot!
I’m thinking of going to ARVO this year, though that would be the most I have traveled since the pandemic. I’ll have to decide soon, it would seem. I do like New Orleans and the conference will probably be good, but traveling when people are taking so few precautions now seems weird. Though they certainly aren’t going to be more cautious in the future, it would seem.
