I’ve been making more of the Burmese Tofu lately, and this time I decided I wanted to try making it with two different kinds of lentils in two layers, one from red lentils and one from green lentils. I feel it was a tasty success!

Mango guava tartlets
For a baking club this month’s theme was “tropical fruits.” When I went to the store the best looking tropical fruits I could find were mangoes and guavas so I bought those and decided to make tartlets with them.
I made shortbread shells, lined them with white chocolate ganache, then filled them with mango curd and topped them with guava jam.
I liked them a lot, and it is a good thing most of them got eaten otherwise I would have eaten way too many!

I rapidly made a lot of progress on all my lifts, while my pull-ups kind of plateaued, so I assumed I must have gotten heavier. I checked and sure enough, I did. So that explains that.
