Doc Birpday Things

Doc’s birthday is coming up so I am getting him BBQ mutton (we’ve always wanted to try it) and I made him a “burnt” Basque cheesecake which we’ve started eating early (and it was delicious)

I followed this recipe here, which was easy to follow and worked out great:
