I took the week off to focus on unpacking and organizing, and so I diligently cooked every random thing I could think of in order to avoid unpacking and organizing.
I made pelmeni, using Max Miller’s recipe



I made Schmoo Torte


And, since schmoo torte calls for twelve (12) egg whites, I had twelve egg yolks that I didn’t want to throw away. So I made (twelve yolks’ worth) gelato.





In unrelated news, unpacking has been slow for me for some reason.
